Winsome Sears policies are based on empathy and common sense
Given the high stakes following the most recent presidential election, we might have undervalued state and local elections. Don’t get me wrong, it is crucial to have a leader like President Donald J. Trump in the White House, advocating for an agenda that puts America first. However, we cannot afford to overlook choosing capable individuals to represent those same ideals in state legislatures and governor’s mansions. Our daily lives are significantly impacted by state governments. Recent studies claim that state legislatures create more laws than the federal government, which influences how we handle public safety, infrastructure, healthcare, and education. At the state level, Winsome Sears’ policies—which are based on empathy and common sense—are just what we need.
Winsome’s life story is right out of the pages of an inspiring motion picture. Every American from every walk of life and on both sides of the political aisle should celebrate a life like hers. When liberals say that conservatives hate immigration, they should put the finer point on it. We do not support illegal immigration. But legal immigration that births great stories like Winsome’s is the type of immigration that conservatives support. A legal immigrant from Jamaica, Winsome came to this country seeking a better life. She served honorably in the Marine Corps and became a successful businesswoman, a dedicated mother, and a passionate public servant. Her journey embodies the American Dream, proving that hard work, faith, and determination can overcome any obstacle.

If elected, Winsome would make history as the first Black woman to serve as governor of Virginia—a powerful milestone in what was once the capital of the Confederacy. Liberals often celebrate such moments as symbolic cracks in the glass ceiling, but their applause is noticeably absent when it comes to conservative Black women like Winsome Sears. Why? Because Winsome refuses to bow to their dangerous transgender agenda, open-border policies, and anti-American rhetoric.
She rejects identity politics, instead focusing on policies that lift everyone, regardless of race or background. She champions school choice, ensuring every child has access to a quality education. She supports secure borders, believing that a strong America benefits all Americans. And she stands firm in her pro-life convictions, valuing the sanctity of life from conception to natural death.
